Job Summary

This role involves working collaboratively to implement internal and cross-company processes within the energy industry. The IT Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing applications in the areas of billing or contract accounts receivable, including adapting associated data formats. A core part of the job is shaping and optimizing process flows, advising specialist departments, analyzing technical requirements, and developing comprehensive IT concepts that the specialist will lead and oversee through completion. Furthermore, the role ensures error-free operation and timely implementation of legal requirements, contributes to technology selection, and develops architectural recommendations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, possesses profound knowledge of SAP IS-U (specifically Billing or FI-CA/CI), and is proficient in ABAP/4 and ABAP/OO, demonstrating a passion for IT and digital transformation within the energy sector.
