Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated technical support for a client's office complex in Stuttgart, working closely within a small, five-person team. The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the technical order and overall pristine condition of the building, ensuring all contractually agreed maintenance services are delivered. Day-to-day tasks include performing regular inspections of technical systems, identifying and reporting defects, executing minor repairs, and assisting senior service technicians with larger maintenance and repair assignments. Key requirements include a recognized technical qualification in fields like electronics, electrical systems, or mechanics, strong customer orientation, reliability, and team capability. While professional experience is preferred, ambitious entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply, provided they have B2 level German language skills and a Class B driving license.
