Professional Financial Controller | Wirtschaftswissenschaftler (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced financial professional who thrives on strategic controlling and driving financial impact within the healthcare sector. Based within the Group Controlling team of Germany's largest family-owned hospital group, you will be responsible for the financial steering of central healthcare services. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing reliable, audience-specific monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, alongside developing crucial bank and investor presentations in coordination with Corporate Finance. A core function is delivering forward-looking financial analyses (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to inform management decisions. You will also manage the annual economic planning process and precise forecasting. Success requires a degree in Economics or Health Management, multiple years of experience in controlling or auditing, and strong analytical skills, particularly in leveraging MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint with ThinkCell) and ideally BI tools to optimize processes through digitalization and automation. You will serve as a central business partner, collaborating closely with management and operational teams.
