Job Summary

This Scientist role focuses on Assay Technology, specifically utilizing complex cell culture models to accelerate research programs for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The core responsibilities involve setting up, optimizing, and executing predictive, scalable cell-based and biochemical assays suitable for high-throughput screening (HTS) and automated biology applications. The successful candidate will lead project planning, manage client-funded research projects end-to-end—including experimental execution, technical documentation, and reporting—and maintain independent communication with clients and scientific partners. Key qualifications include a Ph.D. or a Master’s degree with over three years of relevant experience, hands-on expertise with complex cell culture models (e.g., iPSCs, 3D models), and mastery of advanced technologies such as high-content microscopy or flow cytometry.
