Job Summary

This Project Manager role involves overseeing the safe operation of assigned operational equipment within the overall network systems and the protection technology laboratory. Key responsibilities include coordinating and optimizing work processes, supporting the introduction of new protection devices through documentation and training, and collaborating closely with other secondary technology and procurement groups. The manager will also evaluate and coordinate the resolution of device malfunctions, conduct fault analyses, and manage the procurement process for new protection and auxiliary devices, including creating requirement catalogs and conducting tenders. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, possesses professional experience in protection technology, and has project experience in energy transmission or distribution networks. Initial leadership experience is desirable, alongside strong social competence, stress/conflict management skills, and a Class B driving license.
