Key responsibilities involve the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Protection Device Technology team, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards, including conducting risk assessments and employee training. The leader will coordinate the introduction of new protection equipment, including developing documentation, conducting training, and managing procurement processes (specifications and tenders). A core function is fault management, including coordinating repairs, conducting detailed fault analyses, and generating reports. Candidates must possess a university degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, proven professional experience in protection technology, and relevant project experience in energy transmission or distribution networks.
