Job Summary

This role is ideal for an Electrical Engineer or related professional who thrives at the intersection of energy infrastructure development and legal negotiation. Day-to-day responsibilities involve procuring crucial easements and usage agreements necessary for the construction and modification of power supply systems. You will be the primary point of contact, negotiating compensation payments and finding compromise solutions with contractual partners, lawyers, authorities, and notaries. A significant part of the job involves supporting complex regulatory processes, such as planning approval procedures, and managing claims, including enforcing claims and defending against reallocation demands. The position requires a degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Commercial Law, or similar), strong knowledge of project management, and expertise in land and property law. Mobility and excellent negotiation skills are essential for success in this critical infrastructure role within the energy distribution network.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Law, Business Administration, or a comparable field

Experience
