Job Summary
This role is vital for maintaining and operating energy technology systems, specifically heating and thermal generation plants, contributing directly to the energy transition and decarbonization efforts in Northern Germany. The professional will be responsible for organizing and executing maintenance, repair, cleaning, and adjustment work on energy systems and distribution networks. Key daily tasks include conducting functional and visual inspections, managing external service partners, and participating in an on-call rotation to handle system failures. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Electrician for Operational Technology or a Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Climate Technology, complemented by practical experience in electrical or heating systems. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, self-reliance, teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances. A valid Class B/BE driving license is mandatory.
