This remote IT Expert role focuses heavily on Service Management and compliance with critical international standards, supporting a company that serves major German industrial clients, including automotive manufacturers and chemical producers. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently implementing projects aimed at achieving essential certifications such as ISO 20000 and C5. You will perform core functions within the staff unit responsible for Information Security, Data Protection, Quality, and Contract Management, actively supporting the team in maintaining and achieving various certification standards including ISO 27001, TISAX, and ISAE. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education, specialized further training in Information Security Management, and proven practical experience in auditing and certifying against standards like ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.
