Job Summary

This role requires a highly organized and responsible professional to lead and develop the technical operations within a modern distribution center. The Team Lead is fundamentally responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous optimization of all technical systems and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Technology Team, planning and executing technical projects (including conversions and process optimization initiatives), ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety standards, and managing external contractors on site. Furthermore, the role includes administrative duties such as monitoring procurement processes for spare parts, conducting invoice reviews, managing forecasts, and controlling the departmental budget. Candidates must bring a technical qualification (degree, vocational training, or Master Craftsman certification) and substantial professional experience, ideally in automation, coupled with proven leadership capabilities.
