Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Workshop Manager to lead and organize the central electrical workshop for Stadtwerke Landshut, a vital municipal utility providing essential services like power, gas, and water. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of the workshop, overseeing the planning, coordination, and monitoring of various projects, including maintenance, new construction, and facility management. A key component of the role involves serving as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft) for the area, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards. The manager will also actively mentor and develop apprentice electricians. Candidates must possess a Master Electrician qualification and several years of professional experience, ideally within energy and building technology, including photovoltaic (PV) and Smart Home systems. The position offers competitive public sector compensation and aims for conversion to a permanent contract after the initial two-year term.
