Job Summary

This role supports the Electric Drives Business Unit in Mindelheim, focusing on process technology and analysis, particularly within stator manufacturing (Hairpin and Winding technology) and battery production lines. The Process Technologist will manage projects, clarify process-related issues across departments, and perform technical analysis and troubleshooting concerning equipment, parameters, tooling, and measurement technology. Key responsibilities include acting as the technical liaison for project management, design, and customers, documenting process experiences, and facilitating internal technology workshops. Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with initial experience in e-mobility and process analysis, and practical knowledge of automotive standards like IATF 16949 and Six Sigma.
