Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Systems Integrator to join the central IT department of the FHM University of Applied Sciences for Medium-Sized Enterprises in Bielefeld. The core responsibility involves the holistic integration and maintenance of the university's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations. Day-to-day tasks include planning, installing, and maintaining IT systems, building and networking infrastructure, and providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support. The role also involves contributing to IT projects, developing concepts, and creating technical system documentation. The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT qualification, possesses 3-5 years of professional experience in system administration and network technology, and has deep knowledge of Windows/Linux server OS, networking, cybersecurity, and virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V).
