Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Business Consultant specializing in the Energy & Utilities sector to drive the digitalization of the energy transition. You will be responsible for advising energy supply companies on complex technical and procedural challenges, designing, modeling, and implementing critical business processes—particularly concerning grid and metering point operations. A key aspect involves identifying efficiency gains, contributing to reorganization and restructuring efforts, and supporting the architectural design and implementation of future IT systems (both Cloud and On-Premise) in collaboration with internal IT experts. Successful candidates must possess a relevant university degree and practical consulting or project experience within the energy industry, coupled with strong knowledge of key German energy market regulations (e.g., BDEW, GPKE, WiM) and energy-related SAP modules. Excellent German language skills (C1 level) are mandatory for barrier-free communication with clients. The position offers a dynamic, agile work environment with flat hierarchies and significant personal responsibility.
