Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Master Electrician seeking a highly responsible position within Technical Facility Management (TFM). The successful candidate will independently manage the maintenance, monitoring, and control of complex technical building equipment at a single, fixed location, offering stability and deep focus. Daily duties involve performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, and testing, conducting regular monitoring tours to assess building conditions, and swiftly analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions. A key component of the role is leadership, including coordinating external subcontractors and managing in-house facility technicians. Candidates must possess a Master Technician or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with extensive practical experience in system maintenance and proven leadership skills.
