Job Summary

This role is pivotal in driving the energy transition by developing, planning, and executing sustainable photovoltaic projects. The successful candidate will assume responsibility as a Construction Manager, Department Head, or Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering for PV systems. Day-to-day tasks involve the autonomous construction management of AC-side photovoltaic installations, including organizing project workflows, coordinating and leading internal mounting teams and external subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, norms, and regulations. You will maintain close communication with project planning teams and clients, while meticulously documenting construction progress and quality. Key qualifications include a completed education in electrical or energy technology, ideally coupled with a Master Electrician certification, and proven experience in construction management, preferably within the PV sector.
