Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary technical point of contact for B.E.G. customers, handling support inquiries received via phone and email. Day-to-day responsibilities include logging, processing, and resolving technical issues, communicating effectively with customers to diagnose and fix problems, and escalating unresolved cases to specialized support teams. The specialist will also assist the sales department with technical questions, manage complaint processing, and meticulously document and analyze all service cases. The ideal candidate possesses a completed three-year technical vocational education, initial professional experience in installation technology, and strong technical aptitude. Success in this role requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach and excellent customer-focused communication skills, supported by fluency in German and good working knowledge of English.
