Job Summary

This leadership role involves the comprehensive management, control, and continuous development of all end-to-end processes related to grid connection and commissioning across electricity, gas, and water sectors. The Head will lead a dedicated team of 18 employees, providing technical guidance and driving the evolution of both organizational structures and personnel. A primary focus is ensuring efficient, digitally supported customer processes characterized by high automation, excellent service quality, and strict adherence to energy industry and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include steering processes from initial connection inquiries through successful commissioning and system mapping in the ERP system, promoting internal standards, collaborating with external partners on technical specifications, and actively participating in digitalization and standardization projects to enhance customer focus and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in a relevant technical field or extensive professional experience in technical grid operations and proven leadership capabilities.
