Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated Technical Staff Member, Microtechnologist, or Project Engineer to contribute to complex microtechnology projects in Freiburg. The primary responsibilities include executing interference lithographic exposures and performing detailed structural analysis using advanced measurement techniques such as SEM, AFM, and light microscopy. The role requires functional analysis via optical characterization methods and rigorous quality inspection. A key component of the job involves meticulous process documentation, optimization, stabilization, and development. Candidates should hold a technical degree or equivalent qualification, preferably specializing in Micro/Nanotechnology, and demonstrate an exceptional commitment to high-quality work in cleanroom-like environments. Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of technical training and/or Bachelor of Engineering/Science degree (or comparable), preferably focused on Micro/Nanotechnology.

Experience

  • Experience working in cleanroom-like environments
  • Experience using standard measurement techniques for structural analysis (REM, AFM, light microscopy)
  • Experience in process documentation and stabilization
