Job Summary

This Senior Expert role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the global Workday HR-IT ecosystem across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Workday users, resolving complex configuration issues, system errors, and data discrepancies. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with Tier-1 support and cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure system stability and efficiency, and supporting system integrations for seamless data flow. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in technical enterprise system support, preferably Workday. Expertise in configuring Workday settings, security roles, and reports is mandatory, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position offers the opportunity to work globally and agilely (Scrum) on innovative HR-IT solutions, including recruiting platforms, learning management systems, and payroll software.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in technical support of enterprise systems, preferably Workday
  • Minimum 2 years in system testing, validation, and documentation
  • Professional experience with Workday HCM certification(s) (advantageous)
  • Professional experience with other enterprise systems or cloud-based applications (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of HR and financial business processes (desirable)
