Job Summary

This role involves joining a renowned company in Hamburg specializing in electrical certification and renewable energy. The Senior Electrical Certification Engineer will primarily focus on conducting technical assessments to ensure compliance with grid connection guidelines for various electrical systems. A significant part of the day-to-day work includes software-based modeling and simulation using specialized tools like DIgSILENT PowerFactory and MATLAB, alongside analyzing and evaluating test results for electrical components and generation units. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of technical guidelines, digital tools, and new service offerings, while also supporting customer communication and project management initiatives. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of relevant experience with electrical generation systems, proficiency in simulation software, and fluency in German paired with good English skills.
