Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the future of diagnostics by taking responsibility for complex development projects within Assay Development. The successful candidate will act as the crucial link between Research, Development, and Quality, driving innovative solutions and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and with excellent quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include structuring R&D projects, managing iterative development phases (Sprints/Increments) using agile frameworks like SAFe, and providing coaching and mentorship to project team members. Key qualifications include a Master’s degree (or PhD) in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field, coupled with significant professional experience in Assay Development or In-vitro Diagnostics, ideally within international matrix organizations. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and fluent English communication are essential for coordinating global stakeholders and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality management systems. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Munich.
