Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated IT Specialist focusing on 3rd Level Support within Europe's leading manufacturer of super-premium pet food. The professional will be primarily responsible for the root cause analysis and sustainable troubleshooting of complex IT programs. Key daily activities include collaborating closely with software developers, system administrators, and external service providers, as well as supporting the documentation and further development of IT systems and processes. The specialist will also conduct system tests, quality assurance measures, and performance analyses, and assist in rollouts, migration projects, and system updates. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT (such as IT Specialist or Computer Scientist) or relevant professional experience in administration or 1st/2nd/3rd Level Support, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamworking skills.
