Job Summary
This role involves joining the IT Services Team in Cologne to manage and optimize the organization's use of DATEV applications. The DATEV Support Expert will be responsible for the full lifecycle administration of DATEV systems, including user management, access rights, and system maintenance for both OnPrem and Cloud environments. Key daily activities include providing technical support, processing and escalating tickets through the TAX DATEV Support Help Portal, ensuring operational capability, and maintaining compliance standards. You will also collaborate closely with internal departments and external DATEV system partners. A crucial part of the job is managing technical infrastructure, implementing updates and migrations, and optimizing system performance, including supporting the transition to new DATEV products like DATEV Personalakte. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of DATEV tools (Arbeitsplatz, DMS, Online Administration), combined with strong technical skills in VPN, Windows 11, and remote connectivity.
