Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist within the Volkswagen Group Original Parts Logistics, you will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency by providing expert assistance for all hardware and software issues. Your daily tasks will focus on the efficient resolution of complex user inquiries, the proactive management of IT equipment, and the successful introduction and deployment of new IT systems across the organization. To qualify for this essential role, you must possess a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification. Furthermore, demonstrated professional experience with key enterprise infrastructure components, including MS Office, Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, and network technologies, is highly advantageous.
