Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious OPQ Quality Control Specialist to drive innovation within the automotive sector, working with renowned OEMs and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on maintaining high quality standards through operational quality controls conducted in the INK laboratory. The specialist will execute detailed test plans, meticulously document results on production orders, and manage the release of approved components. A critical function is defect management, including blocking faulty products along the value chain, booking them in SAP, and initiating corrective actions by processing 8D reports for thorough root cause analysis. The specialist is also responsible for ensuring adherence to all quality-relevant documentation and reporting quality metrics during shop floor meetings. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification such as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) or equivalent, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in operational quality management. Expertise in quality methodologies like ISO 9001, 8D, and Six Sigma is essential, along with proficiency in SAP/ERP and CAQ systems.
