Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Systems Specialist passionate about technology, joining a cross-functional team responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and networks for colleagues. Day-to-day responsibilities center on acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT support, resolving incidents, and maintaining local end-user devices, including desktops and laptops. The specialist will manage hardware/software according to standard procedures, perform on-site diagnostics, and assist with IT procurement and training for non-IT staff. Furthermore, the position involves supporting the administration of core services like servers, applications, and networks, and actively participating in IT system engineering projects aimed at infrastructure improvement and optimization.
