Job Summary

This Senior Strategic Product Manager role is focused on defining and executing the growth strategy for the Sterile Sampling and Final Fill product portfolio within the Single Use and Integrated Systems Business Franchise. A critical element of the role involves capitalizing on the evolving GLP-1 market opportunity, requiring the incumbent to develop a clear product vision, strategic plan, and long-range planning focused on this dynamic landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the product development roadmap, creating business cases, performing financial analysis and forecasting, and collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams globally. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field and a minimum of five years of experience in product management or strategic marketing, preferably within the bioprocessing sector. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the GLP-1 market, experience with integrated digital solutions, and proven ability to drive business results and influence stakeholders in a high-matrix organization.
