Job Summary

The Service Engineer is responsible for the preparation and execution of crucial technical services, including maintenance, calibration, and commissioning of specialized test benches for both domestic and international clients. A core part of the role involves meticulous documentation, specifically creating calibration and acceptance protocols, and managing all associated supporting documents, quality proofs, and parameter files. This position requires strong communication skills, as the engineer acts as the primary technical interface between customers, the internal Engineering department, and Project Management. Furthermore, the role involves leveraging technical expertise to support Sales colleagues in developing service offers. Candidates must possess a technical background, ideally a degree or technician certification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with relevant electrical systems knowledge. This is a dynamic role requiring extensive travel, making it ideal for a flexible, team-oriented professional with fluent German and good English skills.
