Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Foreman, based in Darmstadt, to join an internationally operating engineering company specializing in complex machine and plant construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining a comprehensive overview of the plant, actively supporting modernization teams, executing precise wiring and assembly based on design specifications, and interpreting technical drawings using EPLAN and ELCAD. A crucial part of the role involves coordinating external subcontractors and providing essential customer support across Germany and Europe, necessitating close collaboration with production teams. Candidates must possess a completed Technician training or Master certification in Electrical Engineering. Success requires strong teamwork, flexibility, responsibility, and fluency in both German and English, coupled with a willingness to travel for assignments, ideally bringing initial experience in field service and customer support.
