Job Summary

This role as a Service Engineer for Emission Measurement Systems involves ensuring the high quality and operational readiness of sophisticated particle measurement technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quality checks and preparing new systems for customer commissioning, executing detailed maintenance, repair, and calibration tasks within the in-house laboratory. You will be the technical point of contact, providing crucial customer support via phone, remote access, and occasional on-site visits in the Frankfurt region. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver technical training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders and actively contribute to product improvement and modification processes alongside Project and Product Managers. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree in a relevant field (Measurement, Electrical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering) or an equivalent Technician qualification, coupled with an Electrical Specialist certification. This position offers the opportunity to work with an internationally recognized engineering firm specializing in complex machinery and plant construction projects.
