This role is designed for a highly motivated individual ready to step into a leadership position managing critical railway infrastructure. The Junior Manager/District Lead for Overhead Line Systems will be responsible for ensuring the safe, punctual, and economical operation of infrastructure assets within a specific regional district. Day-to-day tasks involve a balanced split between office work and fieldwork (approximately 50/50), including conducting detailed system inspections, evaluating and documenting results, and initiating necessary follow-up measures. The position offers a customized qualification plan to build expertise and develop extensive professional networks. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, a strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and the drive to take on significant leadership duties in maintaining infrastructure for future generations.
