This role involves joining the Integral Planning team focusing on the early project phase (Calculation & Sales) for Technical Building Services (TGA/MEP). The core responsibility is the conceptualization and calculation of systematized, economical, and sustainable solutions across electrical systems, supply technology, and building automation. You will hold project responsibility for TGA trades during the bidding process, providing technical clarification and optimization advice to clients and internal sales managers. The position requires active participation in developing innovative system solutions and utilizing future-oriented BIM planning within 3D building models. Candidates must possess a degree or technician qualification in a relevant engineering field and multi-year professional experience in the planning or calculation of building technical systems.
