Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the CAD/BIM pool of constructors and coordinating all internal and external drawing and modeling assignments for Berlin's largest water and wastewater company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the digitalization of projects by supporting BIM management, implementing new tools, and evaluating cutting-edge software and technologies, particularly focusing on the transition from 2D to 3D modeling and new Common Data Environments (CDEs). A core responsibility is ensuring the high quality and uniformity of all CAD/BIM plans and models, requiring expertise in standardization, data integrity, and component catalog structures. Applicants must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with extensive practical knowledge of BIM processes and proficiency in authoring software like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
