Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the continuous supply of high-quality drinking water by overseeing and managing critical infrastructure projects for the Bodensee Water Supply. The successful candidate will monitor external service providers working on BWV facilities, coordinate and lead small to medium-sized pipeline construction projects, and act as the primary contact for plan inquiries and regulatory appointments. Key responsibilities include optimizing internal processes and fulfilling minor planning duties, such as pipeline relocations and new connections. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil or Surveying Engineering, strong knowledge of civil engineering for infrastructure (water, gas, telecom), and familiarity with construction law and CAD/GIS systems. This position requires strong communication skills, independent work, and high commitment, offering varied tasks and flexible working hours in a vital public utility environment.

Education
Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in monitoring and managing external construction measures for utility facilities
- Project management experience in civil and pipeline construction (HOAI, VOB, DIN, DVGW) is advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in construction law (LBO, BGB) or environmental and administrative law
