Job Summary

This role involves supporting key IT systems, primarily focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for a major regional distribution network operator in Eastern Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining documents and data within IT systems, generating detailed reports, and managing ongoing processes. A core function includes assessing defects in the maintenance cockpit, planning necessary actions, and commissioning repairs via SAP PM. Daily tasks also involve handling incoming calls and inquiries, and coordinating closely with external partner companies. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial or technical vocational qualification, strong communication skills, and a high degree of self-reliance. Prior experience in commercial or technical administration, coupled with desirable knowledge of SAP PM, will be key to success in this long-term, permanent position.
