Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Product Owner focusing on Learning and People Development within the HR-IT domain, specifically managing modules like SuccessFactors Learning, Platform, and Talent. Day-to-day, you will be fully responsible for the product and budget, shaping the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team. A crucial part of the job involves managing the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, Epics, and User Stories to ensure alignment with REWE Group's strategic goals, including the S/4 Hana Transformation. You will act as the key interface, translating requirements between technical teams and business stakeholders, and actively driving product organization and technical acceptance of increments. This position is attractive as it allows you to actively shape the future of learning and feedback culture within a major retail group, leveraging modern HR-IT tools (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP) in an agile environment. Key requirements include professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in SAP HR-IT, strong methodological competence (Scrum/Kanban), and a relevant university degree or equivalent professional training.

Required Skills

Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration (BWL), or comparable vocational training

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Product Owner in an agile work environment
  • Several years of professional experience (implied by educational context)
  • Experience in the SAP HR-IT domain (ideal)
  • Experience handling relevant technical tools and systems (on-Premise and Cloud)
