Job Summary

This role requires a decisive and experienced leader to manage and motivate a production team operating within a 2-shift system. The Production Team Leader is responsible for ensuring seamless manufacturing operations, optimizing production flow, and managing personnel deployment and scheduling. Key daily tasks include continuous process optimization, monitoring equipment status, ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety and cleanroom regulations, and leading the internal Emergency Response Team (ERT). Candidates must possess a technical university degree, several years of leadership experience in production (ideally microelectronics), and strong expertise in manufacturing processes and planning. The position is attractive due to the focus on continuous improvement, staff development, and a unique 12-hour shift model, resulting in approximately 15 working days per month.
