Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the electrical assembly team, focusing on innovation and process improvement within a technology-driven environment. The Technical Lead will be responsible for standardizing, digitizing, and continuously improving production processes, while ensuring compliance with stringent quality, safety, and deadline requirements, specifically adhering to DIN VDE 1000-10 and other relevant electrical standards. Key tasks include reviewing and approving wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of materials, and collaborating closely with Project Management, Customer Service, and Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, recognized qualification as a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK), and substantial experience in electrical assembly, particularly within special machine construction or automation technology.
