This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional ready to take on a generalist coordinator position, serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and problems (1st-Level Support). Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of essential hardware and software, providing technical support for existing systems and networks, and actively maintaining the overall IT infrastructure. The coordinator is also responsible for monitoring system and network performance, performing necessary troubleshooting, managing data recovery, and ensuring regular maintenance tasks, such as backups and software license administration, are completed efficiently. Candidates must hold a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, possess foundational knowledge of electrical systems, and bring at least three years of relevant professional experience.
