Job Summary
As the Team Lead for HR Administration and Payroll, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of a four-person team. Your daily tasks will involve serving as the central point of contact for all HR administration and payroll-related matters, including implementing KAV circulars and fundamental decisions. You will handle complex cases, pre-screen difficult cases requiring principal decisions, and coordinate with the deputy department head. The role also encompasses comprehensive HR administration from hiring to termination, including contract drafting, salary calculation and disbursement (considering tax and social security aspects), travel expense accounting, and managing electronic timekeeping. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative approach within the team, along with a commitment to continuous professional development. Education
Administrative Specialist (BL II) or relevant university degree (FH or Bachelor) or equivalent skills and experience from relevant activities
Experience
