Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious professional to take on the leadership and execution of complex hardware development sub-projects for major technology clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive project planning, defining milestones, managing resource allocation, and controlling costs and schedules. The manager will be responsible for evaluating development progress against functional, budgetary, and timeline goals, and defining necessary corrective actions in coordination with internal departments and commercial project controlling. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with a focus on Hardware Engineering, coupled with fundamental knowledge in advanced circuit development, including Microcontroller, FPGA, Analog, and Digital technologies. Success in this position requires extensive experience with structured hardware development processes, such as the V-Model, and proficiency in relevant ECAD tools.
