This role involves connecting people and technology by ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for a major client. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the intake, analysis, and resolution of incoming incident reports, primarily handling telephone and ticket systems. Key daily tasks include maintaining the seamless operation of operating systems and IT infrastructure, as well as installing, configuring, and administering servers and applications. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist or equivalent qualification) and demonstrate a strong affinity for IT and technology. While initial practical experience in IT support is preferred, strong communication skills, reliability, and team spirit are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
