Successful candidates must possess a relevant qualification, such as a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in Building Technology, Energy Technology, or Utility Technology. Practical construction site experience and proven knowledge of the German HOAI regulations are essential prerequisites for success in this demanding project leadership role.
