Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer specializing in EPLAN P8 to drive technology forward within the fields of electrical and automation engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle planning and projection of complex electrical systems, ranging from initial concept phases through detailed implementation. Key tasks include creating comprehensive circuit and wiring diagrams, generating crucial material lists (BOMs, cable, terminal lists), and producing all necessary technical documentation. You will serve as a critical interface, collaborating closely with mechanical design teams and coordinating with PLC programmers. Success in this position requires a completed degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering and proven professional experience in electrical design and circuit diagram creation using EPLAN. Experience in switchgear construction, particularly involving control cabinets for automated systems and low/medium voltage, is highly advantageous.
