Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious (Senior) IT Supporter focused on integrating and optimizing IT systems for various innovative clients. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive 1st Level and Onsite Support, including hands-on diagnosis and resolution of system, hardware, software, and user issues. A critical part of the job is securely managing user access via AD/AAD (Azure Active Directory) and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and WIFI solutions. You will be responsible for delivering needs-based training and software support directly at the user desktop, ensuring smooth business operations. Furthermore, the role requires local and national coordination of all IT-relevant topics, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions during implementation. To succeed, candidates must possess extensive professional experience in IT support, proven expertise in technical support for PC systems, M365 applications, networking, and server structures, alongside fluency in both English and German.
