Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Development Engineer responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in embedded systems through rigorous verification processes. Day-to-day tasks involve taking ownership of verification at the module and system level, developing comprehensive test strategies, deriving detailed test cases, and executing verification procedures within a modern electronics laboratory. A key part of the job is coordinating and specifying necessary test stands, ensuring their timely and cost-efficient implementation, and defining serial qualifications in close cooperation with external suppliers. The engineer will also conduct root cause analyses and coordinate activities with specialized external testing laboratories. Candidates must possess an academic background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Physics, be proficient with standard lab measuring equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters), and have experience in electronics development and embedded systems. Strong communication skills in both German and English are essential for successful collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
