Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Junior Hardware Developer focused on the critical field of Tactical Radio Communications Technology. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the complete hardware development lifecycle for tactical radio devices. Daily responsibilities span from initial conception and circuit design, through simulation and optimization, to guiding the creation of PCB layouts. A key part of the job involves defining rigorous testing specifications and qualifying components and assemblies for seamless series production. Furthermore, the developer is responsible for creating sustainable solutions to guarantee the long-term supply and service capability of the radio equipment throughout its entire lifecycle. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in High-Frequency or Communication Technology, coupled with professional experience in hardware development, high-frequency technology, and active programming/debugging skills.
