Job Summary

This role centers on the comprehensive planning and design of complex electrical systems, including control cabinets and switchgear, for both standard and specialized machinery. A core daily task involves the creation of detailed circuit diagrams and complete electrotechnical documentation, utilizing EPLAN P8 software. You will manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept development through final technical approval, ensuring all specifications are met. Responsibilities also include specifying control interfaces and integrating basic PLC functions into the schematics where necessary. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or be a certified Electrical Engineering Technician, coupled with professional experience in electrical design and proven proficiency with EPLAN. Furthermore, knowledge of relevant industry standards, such as VDE, CE, UL, and the Machinery Directive, is required, along with foundational knowledge in sensor technology, actuator technology, and control engineering.
