Job Summary

This role involves connecting technology and expertise by planning and projecting the electrical equipment necessary for complex machines and systems. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for developing detailed circuit diagrams (schematics), selecting and dimensioning electrical components, and creating comprehensive documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs) and all required assembly and wiring instructions. A key aspect of the role is close collaboration with PLC programmers, mechanical designers, production teams, and external partners. Candidates must possess a completed degree or technician qualification in Electrical or Automation Engineering, coupled with a minimum of three years of professional experience in electrical design and control cabinet construction. Expertise in EPLAN P8 and the secure application of relevant electrical construction norms and guidelines are essential.
